After having Illy at the espresso bars in Italy, well, no other espresso tasted good to me! Illy tastes great made in a good pump espresso machine. It also tastes great made in a steam espresso machine (e.g., a low end Krups) and a Moka (an Italian poor-man's espresso maker). The rich flavor isn't burnt tasting like many espresso roasts. Everyone I've made an Illy espresso for raves over the flavor compard to espresso from chain coffee stores.

As I was unsure which tension would be appropriate, I bought one each of the Light/Blue (5 lbs. tension) and Medium/Red (7 lbs. tension) grips. I've had them for a little more than a week now, and I just love, love, love them! Perhaps that's a little more enthusiasm than anyone should muster up for exercise accessories, but I really do enjoy the grips. I leave one out on my desk at all times, and get in a little work here and there when I stop to read a document or whatnot.

I could remember desperately wanting one of these Easy Bake Ovens as a kid. I never got one. I thought maybe I'd get one for my daughter when she was older, but she got one for her 5th birthday. We tried it out today. It was a hit! This thing really does bake.

Of course, we were lucky we had a light bulb on hand. I didn't expect to need one. I thought they came installed in the oven. It was easy to install.

The oven only came with a cake mix and a cookie mix and one pack of frosting. We chose to do the cookie mix. It took more water than the ¾ teaspoon of water the directions called for. The cookies came out great. Both my son and daughter loved them.
